Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while still ensuring that we can successfully run programs for everyone to enjoy.

Everyday Policy

6 Week Programs:

 

We will provide a full refund (minus a small service fee) for programs that are cancelled more than 5 days before the program start date.  If you cancel less than 5 days before the start of the program we will provide you with a credit that can be used towards a future program.

 

If a class is missed during a 6 week program we will allow you to make up the missed class during the next session of that same program.  No refunds will be provided for missed classes during a 6 week program unless the class is missed because of a Common Moms issue.

 

If we have to cancel a program for any reason we will provide you with the option of having a credit towards a future program or getting a full refund.

 

Single Events:

 

Cancellation of single events needs to be made at least 5 days before the start of the program to be eligible for a full refund (minus a small service fee).  If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the start of the program we will provide a credit towards a future single event.  

 

If we have to cancel a single event for any reason we will provide you with the option of having a credit towards a future program or getting a full refund.

This policy was designed to provide comfort to mamas during these crazy Covid times.  We want to make sure you are comfortable attending our events.

 

Here are the details of the policy:

  • If you are uncomfortable attending any event you registered for due to concerns over Covid you can cancel within 48 hours of the start of the program to get a full refund.  If it’s less than 48 hours before the start of the program we will provide you with a credit towards a future program (this applies to both single events and 6 week programs)

  • If we get into a government shutdown and are unable to run our programs you will be offered the option to keep your payment as credit towards a future program or to get a full refund. (this applies to both single events and 6 week programs)

  • We will ensure that all guests at events are fully vaccinated

  • We will continue to conduct contact tracing and symptom checks upon arrival at all events

  • We will require all guests to wear masks during events (5 years and older)

  • We will ensure proper social distancing during events
